photo credit: BethNadlerArt Living in the moment is a true art... and, oddly as it seems... it takes effort... the effort to LET GO... and TRUST... and isn't *that* an oddity... that we have to *work at* letting go, allowing... and being present with what is right in front of us? You would think *that* sounds most natural, right?
Well it is... and, in many cases, it takes effort... because... we were taught *against* this natural way.
I visited with an old friend last night and we talked about this "living in the moment" thing that I have done for so long... And, as someone who has witnessed me for many years, I found it interesting that we were both very surprised in this: she thought it is SO easy for me to be SO in the moment... and I thought, it goes without saying that it is REALLY a challenge... (and a very trained skill!).
Well it is... and, in many cases, it takes effort... because... we were taught *against* this natural way.

The whole art of creative solutioning -- partnering WITH the creative to allow and let things flow -- IS to be WITH the *natural* ease and grace that abounds us... But truth be told... doing *that* is an acutely trained skill... In actuality, it is NATURAL... BUT... *we* humans were taught to be UN-natural, in our way of holding tight and being un-trusting. Our trauma's and hardships, the other wounded humans teaching us from their own base of hardship and trauma, all ingrained in us, an UN-ease in our way of being. And so, RE-learning our natural way... is actually what is upon us, now.
In life today, we are challenged to RE-learn how to be IN the flow of our natural creative world... and interestingly, that is the gift of Embracing Creative... a whole way of being that embraces the creative... and teaches and empowers creative solutioning that in itself aims to partner WITH the natural creative world to let it reveal and unfold, the answers we need, with ease.

At the end of the day... letting go... so ironically, is perhaps our greatest challenge for allowing *true* ease to take hold in our lives and world ~

The latter uses NO energy, whereas the former USES energy.
Interesting... Letting go, for many, is a learned skill... And... when that can be harnessed... when *letting go* really takes hold... *that* is when life, begins!
